Ayni Andean Race: A Solidarity Adventure in the Heart of the Andes

Created by Thaki Voyage, the Ayni Andean Race is a multisport and solidarity-driven race set on the Bolivian Altiplano.

Over nine days, participants (a minimum of 15 people), competing solo or in pairs, complete six stages ranging from 5 to 50 km, combining trail running, mountain biking, canoeing, and running across three iconic regions of Bolivia.

The route connects extraordinary landscapes, from the mythical Lake Titicaca to the spectacular Salar de Uyuni, before concluding at the foot of Mount Illimani, the emblematic peak overlooking La Paz.

Beyond the sporting challenge, this adventure offers an authentic discovery of Bolivia while supporting local communities through solidarity-based initiatives carried out throughout the race.

The Ayni Andean Race embodies a form of responsible tourism that blends sport, cultural exchange, and environmental respect.
